paypal plostal code /zip code digit problem

     have slove this problem?
no you can't slove this problem,,

I say why like you open paypal account form saudi arabia,
there postal code is five digit ,, like 11564 but you want to add
any address like Bangladesh /India /other contry there postal code
4 digit so paypal website contry take automatic with your device

location or your conected proxy so you can't add this
but if need to slove this you need that's contry vpn you wan add
where address,,
